SUNDAY, OCT. 14
12:01 a.m. - A report was filed in Walsh Hall regarding a response to a noise complaint. Investigation finds a large party with alcohol and drugs. A quantity of marijuana, cocaine, and other items of contraband were confiscated. The investigation is continuing and criminal complaints are pending.

12:37 a.m. - A report was filed in Gonzaga Hall regarding an intoxicated underage party who was placed into protective custody. The party was later released to her father.

2:19 a.m. - A report was filed at 21 Campanella Way regarding a motor vehicle, which was observed driving the wrong way on Campanella Way. The vehicle was stopped and both the driver and passenger were found to be intoxicated. A third party who knew the two and was sober was allowed to drive them home. Trespass warnings were issued.

2:20 a.m. - A report was filed at Hardey Hall regarding damage to property, which was tagged with graffiti.

2:40 a.m. - A report was filed at Duchesne Hall regarding an intoxicated underage party who was transported to a medical facility.

1:35 p.m. - A report was filed at Greycliff Hall regarding an oven fire caused by a pizza box, which had been placed in the oven in order to heat the pizza. The fire was extinguished.

4:54 p.m. - A report was filed in Fitzpatrick Hall regarding a student who stated that he was assaulted earlier that morning. A detective will follow up.

7:56 p.m. - A report was filed in Cheverus Hall regarding damage to property which had been tagged with graffiti.


SUNDAY, OCT. 14
10:41 a.m. - A report was filed at Cushing Hall regarding a parent of a student who called to report her son missing. A short investigation revealed that he was fine and that his cell phone battery had died.
